This is to bring to your notice that I booked Hundai i10 with M/s Rishib Hundai on 19th December.

• Executive was Meenakshi who explained all the prices and discount. We exchanged our old Santro bearing Registration No: DL-4CN-0572 and opted to have Hundai i10 Era with factory fitted CNG.

• It was told us by Meenakshi and Meenu (Branch Manager) of the M/s Rishib Hundai that we will get a call for delivery and then we can come and take the delivery.

• On 22nd December we got a call from their workshop (E-46/14, Okhla Phase-2 Main Road, New Delhi-110020, Ph: 011-43433000) that we can come and take the delivery. On asking that guy whether CNG is fitted he said that he don’t have an information that this i10 Era will be delivered with CNG fitted. I called Meenakshi (Sales Executive) (B-225, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi-110020, Ph: 011-43431000) and told the same that we got a call and the person is not aware that the i10 Era will be delivered with CNG fitted. On this, she said that you should have told us that the car you want should be fitted with CNG. SURPRISE!!! She said that she will give a call when the delivery of the car will be ready.

• I told her that the costing of the car was done by her and it was our high priority that we need a car with CNG fitting.

• We got no call for the next two days. When we give a call she said that she is going to give a call after confirming the status of a car.

• Time passed by and whenever we give a call to have a word with Meenakshi or with Meenu, either they were on leave or just left the office for the day.

• Neither we had any update nor did we get a call from this DAMN Hundai Dealership.

• On 4th of January a call was made from us and it was told that the CNG is not fitted yet, this time also it was Meenakshi and again she told us that she will give us a call in the evening.

• Day passed and the date was 5th and on calling aging to Rishib Hundai it was Meenu on the line, and she also promised us to provide us the latest update whether the car is ready to deliver with all the fittings in the evening.

• Again on 5th Jan neither of these people was available on the phone. Meenakshi was on half day leave and Meenu was on a off.

• Despite calling again and again, finally it was told that we can take the delivery on 7th at 5:30PM

• I took my 3years daughter and my two friends with me to take the delivery at (Okhla Phase-2 Main Road, New Delhi-110020). We reached there sharp at 5:30Pm.

• There we met one more gentleman Raj Kumar looking after billing part. He asked us what is due from our end, I told him that only Rs 11, 900 is pending from our side since I also bought a package in which they were providing (Car Stereo, Gear Lock, Anit Rust, Tafflon, Central Locking).

• He told us that we need to pay Rs 57, 700 pay this amount and get the delivery of the Car.

• On asking why there is so much difference, he was unable to explain and forcing us to pay or else no delivery will be done today. It was 7:00Pm and just like a Government Office everybody left from the workshop and we and this idiot gentleman Raj Kumar was with us but unable to explain us where is the difference.

• At 8:15Pm he told us that there is some billing issue that the bill is not prepared correctly, he will correct the bill and will give us a call next day.

• As usual we got no call from this IDIOT gentleman also.

• On 11th Dec without getting a call we decided to go at the workshop and at 1:00Pm I and my Father in law reached at this workshop.

• Mr Raj Kumar told us that the Discount of Rs 15000/- was not punched and again he forced us that we pay this amout and take the delivery. On the other hand on contacting Meenakshi (Who booked a car and done costing) and requesting her to come to the workshop to explain the issue, she even not bothered to listen moreover despite number of calls she refused to talk.

• On contacting Meenu she said that this is an error on their part for not punching the Discount amount on the bill and she also told us that we HAVE TO pay the entire amount if we want to get the delivery.

• On telling Meenu that though it’s your fault so why we have to pay, she said that she will get the approval from main Hundai Office within 3 days and will reimburse the amount within 10 days. She also sent one person from her showroom to the Workshop and his name was Rajesh.

• We met Rajesh there at the workshop and he explained that the error was in billing because they forgot to punch the discount part and just like beggars requesting us to pay Rs 15000 (Discount Part) 11900 (Package) and take the delivery of the car.

• It was decided among me, my father and Rajesh that we should get it in written that the payment which we are going to give will be reimburse us within 10 days, on which Rajesh was agreed.

• Rajesh reached at the showroom and got a letter from Meenu undertaking that Rs 10000 will be reimbursed within 10 days. Meenu also told us that out of Rs 15000 she is also providing Discount of Rs 5000 so net amount we have to get is Rs 10000.

• Finally we paid the entire bill and took the delivery of the Car at 5:45Pm.

Now it’s more then 10 days and again despite giving number of calls to Meenu, she is again telling that she will check and will let us know about the refund of Rs 10000.

This is HIGHT. Why Hundai is appointing these kind of people? They are ruining the image of HUNDAI.

With this experience I will tell everyone that not to buy Hundai car from Rishib Hundai.

They harassed us mentally and even though I had no leave balance in my office, I wasted 3 precious days running to the post to pillar to get the delivery of the CAR.

I want Hundai to take suitable action specially on Meenakshi and Meenu for keeping us in dark and also provide them training on how to deal with customers.

I hope after going through this entire episode I will get my refund back within 3 days (28-30th Jan), or else I don’t have any other option but to knock on the doors of Consumer Court.
