I20 defective in just 3 weeks of delivery

I have got my i20 delivered just 3 weeks ago and it has stopped working. The car was towed away after much hue and cry as the service people didn't wish to come on SUNDAY! Then I have been told after running pillars that the part is not available and will take at least 5 days (I really don't know the limit of AT MOST). These people don't have any escalation matrix in place and nobody responds to your calls at the customer care number after once call as they have Caller IDs!!! They don't have any service policy.

I really wouldn't recommend them to anybody!!
