I'm heera chand jain from hyderabad, andhra pradesh. i had booked a hyundai verna fluidic (VTVT SX 1.6 HIGH) from SRI JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD. situated at himayath nagar, hyderabad.
i visited the showroom on 23 may and i was assured by the sales executive that i would get my new car with in ten days or before that if possible.
i paid a booking amount of Rs.0.50 Lakhs on the same date and got a reciept for it behind which the sales executive wrote that the car would be deliverd with in ten days or before that.being assured of getting the delivery on time i made my plans to go out of station where i was supposed to be joined by my family members.
mean while i made all the necessary arrangements required by the finance company.i made it clear that the finance team had no problem issuing delivery order to SRI JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD.
We have been enquiring about the same for the past five days and now, on the day promised, the dealers have backed off saying that it can not be delivered before 10 june.
as a result i had to cancel my bookings on the last spot and suffer heavy expenses and problems.

this is unfair trade practises as they make promises to catch the customers but they do not fulfill the same.i request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and to take necessary action.
