Change of model from irde to kappa engine

Sir,

This is to inform you that i have made a payment of Rs.10000/- towards the i10 Magna irde model which was suggested and agreed upon by me to buy, since my friends at Bangalore told me to take the latest Kappa engine model, which would cost Rs.12000 to 13000 extra, being the latest engine, they said it would be very good to buy this model.

The showroom which is owned by Hyundai company itself now say that they would not give me that model (kappa 1.2) and if you need it, we would not give any scheme benefits which i had for last month.

I just want to know, why they are not agreeing to change my preferred model. I have not gone to a lower version but upgraded.

I need them to change my model along with the scheme which i have booked for,

kindly help me in this regard.
