LAST OCT {2009} I PURCHASED SPARK FROM PASHANKAR AUTO {BANER} AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD TILL THE CAR DELIVERY.IN THE MONTH OF JUNE DATED 26TH I MATE WITH AN ACCIDENT AND ON 28 JUNE I GAVE MY CAR FOR THE CLAIM.FIRST OF ALL I WAITED TILL 4 HRS FOR THE PROCEDURE AND THEN THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE.IT TOOK ALMOST 4 WEEKS FOR THE REPAIR OF THE DOOR WHICH WAS DAMAGED.AFTER RECIEVING MY VEHICLE I NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE THINGS WERE MISSING FROM THE CAR.{MY AUTO LOCK SYSTEM WAS DEACTIVATED WHILE THE WORK WAS GOING ON, CRYSTAL WATCH AND CAR FRESHNER BOTTLE WAS STOLEN FROM THE CAR AS IT WAS ATTACHED ON THE DASH BOARD, AUTO LOCK REMOTE IS ALSO WITH THEM}ALL THE ABOVE INSTUMENTS WERE THEIR IN THE CAR THE TIME I GAVE MY CAR IN THE COMPANY AS ALL THE THINGS WERE MENTIONED IN THE COUNTER SLIP.TILL DATE {06.08.2010}I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED THINGS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT TO MR.HARJEET SINGH {9970600617}ON CALL AND I HAVE PERSONALLY MEET HIM.AFTER GIVING A NO OF CALLS TO MR.HARJEET SINGH TILL DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM HIM AS EVERY TIME HE GIVES SAME REPLY THAT I WILL GIVE YOU A CALL IN SOME TIME OR THE NEXT DAY WHEN I AM CALLING HIM.TILL DATE I AM FACING THE PROBLEM IN LOCKING THE CAR AS THE LOCKING SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

IF ANYTHING ELSE IS STOLEN FROM THE CAR THEN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT LOSS.
