Dammaged i-10 sold to me by Nimbus Hyundai and Mr. Rochak Rawat [email protected]
of customer care at Delhi office at Mohon Nagar refuses to listen to me. The dammage was underneath and no customer can see that. It came to light only after 2400 Km when the car started making rattling noises. Mr. Rawat replies ot my complaints only that it is not a manufacturing defect... He is not listening what I am saying.
As it is, Hyundai cars are not value for money, keys are ugly, Nimbus dealer in Noida does not honour the guarnatee and Customer care is shameful. They are just a show piece.
GUY, always look the UNDERNEATH OF YOUR CAR BEFORE BUYING!
AVOID HYUNDAI... and if you must... AVOID NIMBUS MOTOS; NOIDA AND GHAIABAD AT ALL COSTS...
PLEASE WRITE SUPPORTING LETTERS FOR ME TO THIS GUY ROCHAK AND ASK HIM TO JUSTIFY HIS SALARY FROM HYUNDAI.
