Dear sir/ madam

i was sign up my account in irctc log in but after entering email and mobile verification number net connectivity was lost. so i cant change my password. when i relogin in account then its suggest invalid account or password. so kindly help me for what to do. i try for making another account but it refused because of same email id and mobile no. so help me out what i should do?
