I had taken my Hyundai Verna CRDI WB 06B 1046 to the Service Centre of SPRING HYUNDAI on 19/12. The Car was placed under Service Consultant, Mr. Nani Debnath. I was told that the Car would be ready at 3 PM but by the time, I got back the Car it was was past 4.30 PM. However, on the morning of 20/12, when I filled up the Car with 20 litres of diesel & was proceeding to my destination, it was pointed out by other motorists that oil had been leaking from the Car. The Service Centre was contacted & a mobille service unit was sent to Salt Lake where the car got stranded. As I write this the Car is still being serviced & I am told that a wrong OIL FILTER had been fitted, as a result fuel started overflowing.
The Company owes me an explanation for the harrassment as I had taken the Car to an Authorised Service Centre.
