Extremely poor service

I am a santro xing user since 2006 and getting service of car at dee hyundai, allahabad but since start they hardly serviced my car properly.i have made so many complaints but they never responded in positive manner.so my car is getting poor n poor at maintenance instead of paying huge amounts.
