I bought a new hyundai verna fluidic on 1st august Vehicle no. (JK02AT 4032). On 8th of august i placed an order for a spare of car's air conditioner. i did not received any information or part till date. i even informed the customer care department when they called me in month of september and said me feedback will be provided with in 48 hours but unfortunately no feedback is provided to me. i want to know from the company when i will be provided with the spare part or any information related to that. In short services of Hyundai motors are inadequate. I am unsatisfied with their services.
