Dear sir,
I have a i 10 vehicle reg no: TN 06- 8437, registered in the name of S.padmavathi. It is one year and three months old now. The battery is discharged and the vehicle stopped. I have made compalnt to KUN HYUNDAI on 28/12/10 and they have attended and confirmed battery problem. Since warranty is in force, service engr informed that Either new battery or serviced battery will be given. I have asked for stand by battery from Hyudai so that i can continue my official work. They informed that no stock is available in workshop (SUPPOSED TO BE LARGEST NETWORK), and assured to arrange battery by today. Since morning i am trying to get the things done. But to my surprise, they say batttery is not available and excide will provide stanby tomorrow only.
I do not understand the reason as why a customer has to suffer and casual the attitude of your service personals. My family bought four vehicle and i really feel sorry for that.
Futher, i have paid 6500/- for extended waranty and it is more than two months, i am yet to get the certificate. Any amount of follow up is of no result.
