Non Supply of some articles in a new ca

I bought a new I20 white car from Commercial Motors, Gandhi Road, Dehradun and took the delivery on 8th Feb.

I pointed out that the Cigarrette lighter was not being supplied though it is mentioned as part of the features in the brochure of the car. I was informed by the dealer that nowadays the Government has ordered that this is not to be supplied. I doubt this because on the one hand the company does provide an ash tray, and a slot for the cigerrette lighter as part of the deal, but not the actual lighter. the car's instruction manual also mentions that only an original I20 cigarette lighter should be used in this car if ever.

Sio it is obvious that the dealer has whacked away the lighter and is giving lame excuses.

I wish the company to confirm that the klighter is actually not supplied, and if so, then it should delete mention of it from the brochure as well.
