Cheating by petrol pump

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that one of your vendors of petrol situated at the National Highway in Delhi just outside Mayur Vihar Ph-II is cheating people with less quantity of Petrol. I have seen this in two petrol pumps next to each other in the same locality. The other pertol pump is of IBP, M/s Aman Fill Point. THese both fleece customers with same modus operandi. When somebody goes to get petrol filled in car, there will be two people attending you. One person takes out the nozzle and starts filling in your tank and the other person just starts talking to you and will do something to divert your attention from the display panle of the petrol pump. They will never show you zero on the counter and will never punch in the reuired amount/volume in the control panle of the pump. Once I was fleeced in IOC pump where the opertor did not keep the nozzle back in position. He just hung the nozzle on one of the hooks. Then he started to fill the tank without showing me zero and that too from the reading of previous customer. All this while I was being made to talk with the other operator. Please look into this matter for both of the pumps.
