Ice cream
Ice Cream was not good & Not having any comp. Name, Mfg. Date, Exp. Date

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Balasubramanian. I'm traveling from Lalgudi to Chennai-Egmore on 25 Jul by Pallavan Train (Train No. 12606). I bought one Ice-Cream for the price of Rs.20/- After getting that Ice Cream, I tried to eat, but, there was no Chillness and it was watery. I tried to find the sales person, he was not coming back very often. After 1 hour only, he came to my seat. I told him every thing, he was saying that I won't give you money back or new ice cream. Then I went with him to meet Canteen manager. But, they were arguing me that freezer is not working. That is not my fault. Then I asked them the names to make a complaint.

Then I got my money from them. But, I'm not conviced. So, that is why I'm writing this mail. Because, So many people are traveling but, they are giving this kind of things to the passengers. We are paying the things. But, why do they do this kind of things?

One more thing, In that Ice Cream box, there is no Company name, Exp. Date, Mfg. Date.? Simply there is a lable with price.

Kindly take the necessary action to this.
