Problem with gas connection

I would like to bring in your kind attention that I am an Indane Gas customer with Sun Beam Gas Service, Chilkana Road Saharanpur. My consumer ID is SB8016 (M.M.K Garg)

Few months, our Gas connection was traferrred by SUNBEAM GAS AGENCY to ADARSH Gas agency, and we realised this fact only when we went to sunbeam to book our gas and they refused to book the gas and told that the connection has been transferred. We would also like to mention here that we have been living in the madanpuri colony since past 10 years in our own house and have always been booking the GAS regularly.

On our several requests, some how the person sitting at the Sunbeam gas agency counter agreed to book our gas and he gave us the gas cylinder by booking at some one else name and advised us to come next week for the correction of the incorrect transfer.

Then after my husband went to Sunbeam Gas agency some 10 times but they always keep ignoring saying "please come in the evening... come next week.. aaapki gas to book ho hi rahi hia hum baad me kar denge... all the crab".. Infact 2-3 times they took photocopy of all the originals from us and said that they will transfer the Gas to Sunbeam.. but again when we enquired after some time, we were told that they have los the papers and we have to give in fresh again.. we have already given our papers to them 3 times in past. Infact during this time we had to purchase Gas from some other resources to fullfill our daily needs.

Recently, my husband had left for usa and when I tried to book the Gas, they again told that we have to again give all the papers as they have again lost the papers.

They are also demanding some 700 rupees for the transfer which is absoluetely ungenuine and I would never like to pay on my ethical grounds. The Gas was transferred because of SUNBEAM's mistake and we have been facing so many problems because of the same for last 1 year. Infact at a couple of times, I have been so much embararassed before those stupid stafff that I can not express here.

Now I most humbly request your good selves to please look in to the matter and do the needful corrective action. In case of no action on this matter, I would be free to take this matter to the consumer forum under the consumer rights having all the IOCL authorities in information about this illegal/non-professional/ highly unacceptable attitude and behavior of sunbeam gas agency.
