Metro Ford, Bangalore
Delivery delayed

Hi,

I have booked a ford figo 1.4 EXI on 19th may with metro ford taking a promise that it would be delivered within 20th June. But till today i don’t hear anything from them. They even went to an extent that now they are not picking up calls. Even if they pickup, I get an answer rudely to wait. I am totally suspicious that metro ford is playing with figo waiting list and using it to their benefits. They are not even ready to provide the exact waiting list of my booking order. It seems like even they don’t have the idea.

Today morning I again made a call to try my luck. Much to my frustration the answer I got hit by is..

“If you know some one at FORD, Try with them, you may get it soon“ L . If I need to try myself directly with ford, then what is dealership all about???

I never thought that the metro ford service could be so miserable. How would I refer ford to my friends, if I had such a miserable experience with dealers?

Hope that ford india would warn metro ford seriously to correct them.
