I bought a Maruti Swift VXI car from Apra Auto, Near IGI Airport on 31st May. Just after three days I found front left hand side wheel cover was missing. I reported the matter in Customer Care... I go a call asking me of my prb... then was told it was not their job, I asked him then why he called... after that I was given number of Workshop at Okhla... i called and reported the matter..I was called stating that someone will be coming to fix a new wheel cover... but almost after a week someone came and replace the wheel cover... but to my utter surprise... when I went to office one my colleague noticed tht the cover was diff than what i have already in three tyres! This whole practice took almost two to three weeks... height of deceptivness in the hands of Maruti..particularly when it comes to after Sale sservice! Finally I had to send my car for servicing and then got it replaced... But also when I got a call from Service stn Okhla checking with any prb I have with my car..I reported that since i bought this car there is some peculiar but very disturbing noise is coming from left side of my car... but again same thing happened... car was serviced but the problem was not solved... I wrote a letter to GM Okhla... just got a sorry letter... this shows how serious Maruti is now with their Customers whom they have started taken for g ranted... Very Poor... Very Pathetic After Sale Services of Maruti!
