Installation delayed for > 6 months

Hi,

I am resident of B-129, Rail Nagar, Sector 50 Noida. I have applied for Gas Connection on 28th January but still wating to get installation done on my premise. On confirmign from site Engineer I have been infromed a refund is processed as they were not able to find anyone in the flat. But strangely I never get a call before anyone fromthe installation is coming.

The reference number is 5000009092 & connection is in the name of Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar.

I request you to look into my complain on urgent basis.
