Lie & Misbehave by conducto

On 27 June We 3 girls boarded in bus no. KA-01 FA-1917 Route no. 25A from BTM Bus Stop. It was 4:10 pm and we asked for daily pass. The conductor said that pass is closed. So we asked is it a rule that after 4 o'clock the bus pass will not be issued. He said yes, then we took ticket, that too was 3/- more then normal.

After 5 min, when the bus still didn't started, we have seen outside people taking pass. So we confirmed first and asked then he refused that he had said anything about closing.

He was not exchanging ticket for pass.

He misbehaved also with the girls. Also he commented us as outside people and said if we want to talk, talk in kannada only.

Though he know hindi and had talked prior in hindi only.

Now he was saying he dont know hindi at all.

Overall he misbehaved, taken more money, gave wrong info and not even accept his fault and lied.

We seriously want some action to be taken for the bus conductor, so that no one else should face such type of humiliation.
