Dear sir..through 24 hours gas booking system i hav booked my gas cylinder on 23rd january.my consumer number is 11145 s.brinda i got a message through my mobile number that cash memo was generated and cylinder will be delivered soon.the cash memo number was 7963.based on this i waited for the cylinder as per the message it was not delivered in time.yesterday i have contacted prasanna gas agencies (9283103281) the person said he will verify and do the needful.today cylinder was delivered without any cash memo.so after i came back from work i contactetd the above mentioned number and he said he was busy in some meeting.am sorry to say after centralizing gas delivery this type of problems should not have occured kindly arrange to send the cash memo at the earliest
