Non delivery of Gas cylende

Dear

We have consumer of Indane Gas (Consumer number-47512) with Gauri Gas Agencies, Palam, New Delhi.

I Had Booked a gas on 29th Jan'11 and booking number is 322 but still we have not received a cylender till date.

Also agencies has not picked the phone.

Kindly help me.
