Water in the cylinde

Hi,

My Gas connection is with INDANE Gas Agency (Agnihotri), sector-37, Noida. They have supplied me the cylinder with the water inside it.

The Gas run for just 6 days. We complained to the Agency and their engineer checked and found that their is water inside it. Ther delivery boy (Manish) came and charged Rs 130/- against the replaced cylinder. They said we can deduct the water weight only.

This is just a tip of the corruption of these delivery man.
