Indane Gas

Sir,

I am a consumer of indane gas under distributor Shanti gas, Binnaguri. My consumer no. is 9847 in name of Mrs. Santi devi Rawat. My complaint is that agency donot take futher booking within 21 days from last date of delevery.i.e., booking is possible only possible after 21 days from the last date of delevery. This is very stuning for me because as far I know there is no such guidelines been ruled by Indane gas. Moreover they normally take 10-15 days for delevery. In the panic we have to rush to depot for gas. However they charges for delevey being fixed by Indane gas.

I therefore request you to take necessary action in the regard for our inconvience.
