SUB: COMPLAINT AGAINST GAS DISTRIBUTOR VIDE DISTRIBUTOR CODE NO.99041388 OF DANKUNI GAS DISTRIBUTOR.
I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON 15/02, VIDE CASH MEMO NO.6361, THOUGH THE GAS SUPPLY DATE IN MY AREA IS ON 23/02, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE GAS TODAY ITSELF. THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM IS FACING IN OUR AREA REGULARLY. THE DISTRIBUTOR IS NOT IN A POSITION TO LISTEN THE PROBLEM OF THE CONSUMER. TODAY I.E. 20TH MARCH ONE CARRIER NAMELY "PROSENJIT" KNOCK THE DOOR FOR GAS SUPPLY WITHOUT HAVING THE BOOKING SLIP. WHEN ASKED FOR THE CARRIER SAID THAT THE SLIP WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR. I IMMEDIATELY RUSHED TO DISTRIBUTOR TO ASK WHETHER THE BOOKING SLIP WITH THEM OR NOT. THE DISTRIBUTOR NOT LISTENING THE COMPLAINT ONLY GUARD THE CARRIER TO SAY THAT THE WHOLE RESPONSIBILITY REFERRED TO ONLY CONSUMER AND NOT CARRIER. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHERE IS MY FAULT.
