Non booking of cylinde

Dear Sir

I am having Indane gas connection from M/S Dalip Gas Service, Dr. K.S. Krishnan Marg, Near Pusa Institute, New Delhi-110012.My consumer No.is 17595. For last one week I am trying to book gas cylinder, but phone is always busy. Only once it connected, but the dealer asked to send SMS for booking and disconnected the phone. I did the same but there is no response from the dealer. He is not picking the phone. Please help me in this matter.
