Last month, I had booked a cylinder by IVRS system dated (08/07), after one week i received cash memo no-4244. My consumer number is 17552. i wait for it till 20 days, but when cylinder not delivered, now i again booked through IVRS system dated (30/07) and received cash memo no-142, and my distributor Mr. Rakesh, his behavior is not so good about customer service... so please do something...
