Delay in delivering gas

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have transferred my gas service from Bharathi Gas Services to Padma gas services on 21/07.

I have submitted all the necessary details and got the Transfer subscription voucher. Then i booked for the cylinder on 28/07. The cylinder got delivered on 1st August the dealers have failed to give tokens i am unaware of these tokens which they have fail to give. Because of this the delivery man take back the cylinder immediately i went and brought this notice to them but they have asked me to come on 2nd August.

The delivery man came on 2nd of August also he asked for the tokens i have not got the tokens yet, so he has not delivered the cylinder. Again on 2nd august i went and asked for the tokens there was no proper response from them again they asked to come on the eveings. Due to their negligence they fail to give tokens and also i went back to them asking for tokens for couple of days because of their delay i have not got my cylinder.

Kindly guide me how to proceed with this issue.
