Cancellation of gas booking without notice

Dear Sir, we have booked our gas on 24.7.2011 at our agency Rajesh gas agencies, no.1 Roja nagar, Madhavaram, chennai -60.

First they told it will be delivered in a week, Then they said it was door locked but we were at home on the day they said it will come.

But now they say booking has been cancelled.

Please take necessary steps.
