Inordinate delay in refilling cooking gas cylinde

My consumer number is 26998.

I had booked for refill cylinder on 13 Jan through on-line booking. My booking number is 6109 and reference number is 4060159.

My gas agency is Prabhat Gas, B1 Market, Janakpuri.

Even after more than 3 weeks, I am still waiting for the refill. Every time I call up on the on-line booking number, it says that the gas agency has completed deliveries up to 12 Jan.

I am deeply anguished. Now, since the start of on-line booking system, even the gas agency does not respond to phone calls.

Our existing cylinder can exhaust any time now.

I am absolutely clueless as to whom to approach. On-line complaint number 1800233355 is coming as invalid number.

Can anyone help pls asap?
