Delay of gas refill

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Eehcloy Gas agency, Shillong. My consumer number is 11981, card holder is S. Dohling. I have booked for a refill for almost two months before. They had come twice after that to deliver cylinders, but we did not receive due to the shortage of cylinders. One thing I failed to understand is that every month, delivery used to get delayed by 2weeks or so, and we get to book for refill only 15 days after delivery date. This brings us to a very difficult situation. We had to exchange cylinders with friends and neighbours. Now my situation is, both the cylinders are empty. I have made many phone calls an on which date they would come, the replies were, 'Tomorrow', next week, call us tomorrow, cylider vehicle did not come, etc. We kept on waiting, took turns among ourselves to be at home in case they come. But, that was just wastage of time. I am sending this through my cousin's address.
