Myself Joseph Chacko owner of domestic gas customer card numbered 32996.For years we are consuming gas from priya gas agencies, thavalakkuzhi, eattumanoor Kottayam. In our area we have a supply in tuesdays and thursdays. But about some months before they changed it and now we have supply only once a week: thursday. But for the last two thursdays there was no suply in our area. When we called and asked replied that their stock is over and new load has not arrived. But they made a supply on the other road on the same day itself at a rate of Rs.385/cyllinder.(We are paying only 375). Sir kindly inviting your kind notice to the above issue. Hoping for a solution as soon as possible thank you..
