Indane gas new connection complain
New connection denied

I had booked a new connection at maa durga indane gas service, gomti nagar, lucknow, about five months back. two months back when i visited them they told me to get a self stamped regitered envelpoe, the same was given to them. three months have passed and they have not issued any offer letter to me, despite telephonic reminders.theysay non availabilty of regulators/ cylinders . i feel as i do not want to purchase a hotplate from them, they do not want to issue me a gas connection. till date they have not even informed me the new connection booking no to me, PLEASE INTERVEVE AND HELP.
