Non supply of refill gas cylinde

Dear sir/madam,

very good after noon

i have booked a refill on 30-08, consumer no. 64678 in the name of mr. dharam das agrawal, fort road, macchardani, rewa (m.p.) at Popular Indane Gas Service Bus Stand, Rewa. but till date it has not been supplied to me. for this i have gone many time there at agency, but they do not proper reply or not proper responce, it is matter of sorrow that after 20 days a refill can not supply to customer...
