Not pickup the phone right time

Dear sir, I am a consumer of indane Gas and our distributor is Ranbir Enterprises Arawali Aparments Kalkaji New Delhi. My Consumer number is 10007. My cylinder is leaking and i am dialing this telephone no. 011-26038994 but Dealer not reseve teltephone and ranbir enterprises gas sulpy this is wrong please refer may complent to indian oil corporetion.
