Illegal sale of cylinde

Respected sir,

Many village peoples sold their cylinder (Rs.600/each cylinder) to auto drivers. This reason only they booked in gas agencies for cylinder. Many peoples got 2 cylinders but not registered in their ration cards. so they got 3 lt heresin illegally. please stop this illegal business of cylinder sales and receiving herosin.
