Reg, Poor service and demanding different things just for booking LPG cylinde

I am a customer of Indane, having registered my gas connection with "Garima gas service, hoshangabad (M.P.)", lives in Hoshangabad city.

(Customer i.d- 15643, Name- Ashwani Mittal)

1) This distributor never suplies Gas cylinder on time, firstly books cylinder after 21 days of last supply, fine.

But then the receptionist books ur booking, based on her own will, sometimes disconnects call in between.

2) Then if booked, gas cylinder comes late, even many times comes after lot reminders.

3) Now, they are not booking Gas Cylinder on Phone, demands personal appearance there, and to bring Ration Card, Voter i.d. card.

4) this problem is not only with me but most of his customers.

Pl. tell, I being an engineer, working in Budni, how will i manage to be there and standing in queue, I can't do this at all, as world is shifting on even mobile booking, net booking type of things. are we goning in ancient times??

In the same city, Avirat Gas agency is not demanding same things and books cylinder on phone only, his supply is also very fast.

Can't we take strict most action on this distributor, in some hard way??
