It is extremely difficult to book gas. The online booking system (via tomogas.com/iocl website) states that the facility for online booking has been withdrawn. Further nobody ever picks up the phone at the agency leaving the consumers with no option but to actually go to the agency and do the needful. This is extremely frustrating and very difficult. Pls ensure that atleast online systems are restored and the people at the agency attend to phone calls.
