Non supply of refill gas

I Partha Kumar –consumer no 10169—dealer M/s Anusha Indane gas company. No153/3, 11th cross, Bendre Nagar, BSK 2nd stage, Bangalore.

I have booked online for refill gas cylinder on 29-06-11—booking no—226670.

On 18th july when I enquired online for position of the refill gas cylinder supply, I was shocked to know that refill gas was supplied on 11-07-11.

I did not know that without supply how position will be updated in the server,

I request concerned to look into this.

Note: Till now I did not get my Refill cylinder—
