Gas not delivered

Dear Sir,

I I would like to inform you that I have recevied a message on 13.06.11 that my gas cylinder allredy delivered vide cash memo no. 4893 & booking no 3820 .

But unavoidable circumancetance I have not yet received my gas cylender till date. Therefore you are requested to intervne this matter, so that i may get the same as early as possible
