I had tried a booking on the air india website on 21oct. They deducted an amount of Rs 12440 without providing me a pnr. On calling them I was assured that the amount would be refunded to my credit card in 4 days. But that has still not happened. On calling up, they either do not respond or hang up after picking up the call (01124624074, 75, 76).

I have emailed them the details thrice but have still not recieved their response.
