POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

A GROUP OF 30 TRAINEES OF THE GEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA SCHEDULED TO GO TO AIZAWL ON THE 17TH OF JANUARY WERE RESCHEDULED FOR FLIGHT ON THE 18TH AS THE PLANE COULD NOT LAND AT AIZAWL DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY.

THE GROUP WAS TOLD TO FIND THEIR OWN ACCOMODATION DESPITE SHORTFALL OF THE AIRLINES.

THE AFOREMENTIONED FLIGHT SCHEDULED AT 10.10AM GOT DELAYED BY AND HOUR AND REACHED AIZAWL AROUND 3.00PM AFTER SCHEDULED STOP AT AGARTALA. NO FOOD WAS SERVED. AS IA IS KNOWN TO BE PROVIDING FOOD THE GROUP HAD NOT TAKEN ANY FOOD WITH THEM. THEIR TWO DAY MISERIOUS ORDEAL WITH THE IA HAS LEFT THEM DISGUSTED WITH THE SREVICES OF THE AIRLINES
