Dear Sir,
I am working in a private company and having a LPG Connection No.2300 with Lal Enterprises Faridabad, I have verified my documents. My problem is this that Gas Agency not Booked my LPG on Telephone, while booking all persons who are living in sectors, I have to take a half day leave for booking and half day for taking the delivery, now when everybody is hitech they are treating that we are living in 18th century. As per Gas Agency you have to personally booked the Gas Cyclinder.
As I already write that I am working in a pvt. company where they are not allowed every month 2 half day leave.
You are requested to please look into the matter and ordered to Gas Agency that those customers verified their documents can booked Gas on Phone.
