Repeated delay in supply of gas cylinder

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Bharat Bhusan Gas Services, 1139 Arthala, Mohan Nagar Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P.0120-3108583, 3107635

I have booked for gas cylinder on 23-10, but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to agancey but they not attending my phone till yesterday moring.

The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

First the agency booked my gas after 28days from the date of suppliy of privious gas clyindar inplace of 21 days.my both gas cylindar now empity and i am bound to purchase the food from hotel from last four days. So what is use of my 2nd cylinder.

I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

I look forward for your earliest action and reply.
