I am a customer of your products since long time. My dealer's name is M/s Radharaman Gas Service & phone no. 0332431-0596. My consumer No. T0406. I have booked cylinder on22/06 vide registration no. 210348. The cylinder was supplied but it is defective. I made a complain to the dealer personally on 19.07.2011and they have assured to look after the case immediately but all in vain. Further there is no direct communication of transport from my place to dealer's shop (arround 4 KM) and it is very common problem that there is nobody to pick up telephone. Last three days I am suffering a lot. Please solve my problem immediately.
