I have sent a parcel weighing 65 kgs from surat to nagpur by Porbandar-Howrah exp 2905 on 5/5. It was supposed to receive by 6/5 at nagpur railway station. But it wasn't. Due to irresposibility of operating staff, the parcel has been carried over to howrah by the same train. When I inquired, no one is having any information about the parcel and still I didn't received my parcel. Today is 15/5, and I want my parcel back. It was containing some important study books and other study material.
Please help me to get it back.
