I have booked an i-ticket from Patna to Secunderabad for dated 29/12 with the said PNR no. (Pnr Number: 6151372102). But we did not received the ticket courier till the departure of the train. Due to this, the passanger had to trvel in general compartpent with all his troubles for such a long distance. I complaint lots of time over phone and through mail to IRCTC, but no action has been taken towards the refund of the tiket.
Looking for an earliet responce towards the penalty for inconvenienced caused and refund of the ticket money.
