Refused to issue ticket

Sir,

I'm Harigovind. R belongs to thakazhy, Alappuzha district.working in apollo tyres, kalamassery, cochin.

"29/1"at 7:30pm (19:30). Ambalapuzha railway station master, who refused to issue the journy ticket from ambalappuzha to ernakulam on 'Intercity Express', because of lack of exact change. Unfortunatly i have approx change and it must be sound for my destination.

This irresponsibility of govt staff resulting lose of my one duty.
