I my self manish mehta has a complaint against Indian railway

my mother was travel through Ahmedabad puri exp (on17/6 seat 65 S1 Name B K Mehta) from bharuch to raipur when my mother and my father reach the station, station board indicate the coach no. on digital Board my parents reach the place of S9 indicator. when train reach the station where there was S9 indicating there reach the coach S1 as there was a stoppage of only 2 minute my mother climb in S1 with his luggage.

when my father complain to Mr surendra singh at bharuch station above mention mismanagement. he miss behave with my father.

My mother is heart patient any thing happiness to him the Indian railway will be sole responsible for the same

above mention reason some time converted in stamped.
