Hi,
I was travelling from TATA to KHARAGPUR by train name BBN JANSHATABDI, no: 2022 on 9/03. The schedule arrival of this train at kharagpur is at 7 pm (approx). I had another train HWH YPR EXPRESS (no: 2863) form kharagpur at 10:20 pm. I had more than 3 hrs of margin. But JANSHATABDI got delayed by more than 4 hrs and I missed by next train. I had to go through severe metal trauma. No body from railway was ready to listen and help us. On top of that station master of kharagpur jn was telling that there is no value of e-ticket booked through internet. Being from railway he should know that e-ticket with a valid id proof is eqaully good as ticket issued from railway counters.
Please file serious complaint against railway and station master of kharagpur jn. Let me know if you need any details from my side.
