Sir I had taken Two 2AC Tatkal Ticket on 13-04 from Kalyan Jn to Mughal Sarai PNR No 8142143688 and Mughal Sarai to Guwahati PNR No 8529255875 on 14-04 of Train No 0553. There is only one ticket is confirmed from Mughal Sarai to Guwahati. But the first ticket Kalyan to Mughal Sarai is not confirmed this is known by me when I was in the Train. The TTE force me to take Sleeper Class confirmation at S1-49.But he don't give me any certificate regarding the conversion of 2AC to Sleeper Class. So I dont get the excess amount due to the certificate this is known by me when a TTE of Mughal Sarai inform me. Now how I refund the amount kindly inform me.
